SSO Error: The Group Policy data does not match the checksum

Error Message      : The Group Policy data does not match the checksum. The program will now terminate for security reasons



FIX 1

1.     Retrieve user’s profile server: Start>Start search. Type %cacheddata%
2.     Navigate to user’s profile (example : Profile.V2>AppData>Roaming>SecureLogin) Rename GroupPolicies to GroupPolicies.Old
3.     Navigate to (Registry Editor (regedit.exe) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Protocom\SecureLogin\GPOHash. Delete the String Value for all the Usernames <firstname.lastname>
4.     Go to Start > %appdata%\securelogin
5.     Delete the folder GroupPolicies
6.     Launch command prompt (cmd.exe) and type gpupdate /target:user /force. Type “N” when prompted to logoff. 
7.     Restart the machine.
8.    If still getting the error message "The Group Policy Data does not match the Checksum
9.   Perform FIX 2.

FIX 2
  1. Please perform FIX 1 again. (hehe!!)
  2. If the error message still appears, go to: Registry Editor (regedit.exe)
  3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Protocom\SecureLogin\GPOHash. Delete the String Value for all the Usernames <firstname.lastname>
  4. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Protocom\SecureLogin. Modify the value in CacheDirectory from %APPDATA% to %LOCALAPPDATA%
  5. Go to %appdata% and delete the entire SecureLogin folder
  6. Launch command prompt (cmd.exe) and type gpupdate /target:user /force. Type “N” when prompted to logoff.
Restart the machine.
